Right-wing writer calls for green nationalism
December 2nd, 2019A conservative pundit points out that nationalism can help reduce global trade, consumption and ecological footprints.
On 888, Ádám Pozsonyi writes that nationalism can save the planet. The pro-government pundit recalls that progressive liberals used to advocate the principle of ‘think globally, act locally’. This, Pozsonyi believes, is fully in-line with conservative thinking that puts religion and community first. He goes on to claim that nationalists prioritize domestic products and prefer spending their holidays within the country, all of which reduces their ecological footprints. He also remarks that liberals who used to advocate consumerism and despise rural traditional values, now tend to cherish rural lifestyles and culture.
